My small class size, with plenty of time to ask questions, and see how a pressure canner actually works, will give you the confident to try it yourself. You can start small and use your instant pot!!
We will focus on “Meals in a Jar” and prepare two recipes to process here at my ranch kitchen.
Class size is limited to 4 people (age 16 or older) , with two dates to choose from; one in September, the other in October. One of the recipes will include beef from the steer getting processed on September 2nd!!
