We feed up a calf every time our Holstein milk cow calves, and offer all-beef butcher boxes to our community. We play with the calves right up until the time they’re butchered. Our current steer is named “Beefcake”.

We also have (seasonal) Vegetable Farm Shares. 12 weeks of the best from our gardens- about a bushel and a half basket full, every Saturday from late June through Mid-to late September.

I offer hands-on workshops on canning (water bath and pressure), poultry processing, fermenting fruit and vegetables, cheesemaking, and mohair cinch making.

Our Ranch Market is open on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 10-12. You can purchase vegetables, fruit, and eggs after our subscribers have picked up their baskets. I also have canned produce, handcrafted vanilla extract, elephant grass Bolga baskets imported from Ghana, and hand tied/woven 100% mohair saddle cinches and breast collars.
