Fresh, Unprocessed A2A2 Milk- Limited Supply

$7.00
Limit 2 per order

My Holstein, “Pretty Cow” is still in milk, and will remain so until mid-December when I dry her out before she calves in March of 2027. She was tested by UC Davis Veterinary Genetics Laboratory for her milk genetics, which were confirmed A2A2, a marker that all cows had once upon a time. She does not have any A1 genetics, the marker that some people have digestive problems with, including “lactose intolerance”.

I will sell a limited number of half gallon jars of her whole milk, including the top cream, up until I dry her out. Please contact me directly to discuss purchasing milk. I will begin opening the market daily from 8am until 10am for my milk customers.

Once she calves and her milk production increases A LOT, I will resume making yogurt, kefir, cheese, and butter.
