Seasonal Dining on the Ranch Events

Wind Song Ranch, Snowflake, Arizona
SUMMER. This is the height of our growing season and the dinner will reflect that bounty. Beef and chicken with dry-rubbed seasonings will be grilled for the main course. An assortment of savory roasted vegetables and salads accompany the main courses. Dessert follows the meal.
Guests must be 18 or older as we will have beer and wine available, along with live music.
We will dine under our 10ft by 20ft pop-up tent and enjoy our beautiful Arizona sunset as we relax with new friends.
The cost of the meal is $35 per person and includes a glass of wine or a beer. We will only seat 14 people for each dinner so we can get to know each other.
MIDSUMMER. The growing season is still big and productive, but changes start to happen as we get closer to autumn. Our main courses will be marinated beef and chicken and is particularly flavorful. Roasted vegetables and fresh salads accompany our main courses and as usual, a dessert finishes the meal.

AUTUMN. Our harvest is slowing down this time of year, but there is still plenty to celebrate. With all the many ways to prepare them, our beef and chicken will continue to tickle your taste buds as the main courses again. Roasted vegetables with herbs and olive oil, as well as salads you may never have tried before, will complement the meal. A celebratory dessert will finish off the final “Dinner on the Ranch” series.
